Cheesy Tuna 'N Rice Muffinlettes - cooking recipe

2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small can tuna, drained and flaked
3/4 cup black olives, sliced into thirds
1 Tbsp. instant chopped onion
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Season all seasoned salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Combine rice, cheese, tuna, olives, onion, parsley and seasoning salt.
Stir in eggs and milk, mixing thoroughly.
Spray six muffin cups with Pam.
Divide rice mixture evenly among cups. Bake 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
