Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. raw apples
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients well. Sift together the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add to the first mixture.
Add and stir by hand the apples and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in tube pan.
