Egg Roll Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water; add sugar.
    Mix flour and salt and add 1/2 this mixture to yeast mixture.
    Mix well with wooden spoon until smooth.
    Add egg and softened butter; mix well.
    Add remaining flour.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled. Stir down and spoon into 12 well-greased muffin cups.
    Let rise. Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes.
