Swiss Steak Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef round steak
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving pieces; coat with flour.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Brown meat on both sides.
    Add tomatoes, salt, basil and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Add onion and green pepper. Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Cover meat with cheese.
    Cover and heat until cheese melts.
