Aunt Lois' Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 c. milk
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar (or substitute)
3 Tbsp. corn starch
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat eggs.
Add sugar, milk, cornstarch, salt (to taste).
Add corn.
Pour into glass pie pan or casserole dish.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Add margarine and stir. Bake additional 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top is light golden brown.
