Campfire Pocket Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato
    1 carrot
    1 onion
    1/4 green pepper
    small handful fresh green beans
    several 1/2-inch chunks cheese
    salt and pepper
    2 large cabbage leaves
Preparation
    Prepare a good bed of coals.
    For each person to be served, wash and slice thinly a potato, carrot, onion, 1/4 green pepper and a small handful of fresh green beans.
    Add several chunks of cheese and salt and pepper.
    Wrap in 2 large cabbage leaves.
    Wrap all in aluminum foil, shiny side in.
    Cook on the coals for 15 minutes on each side.
