Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, lobster, beef or shrimp
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sliced onions
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. celery, sliced thin
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables
    1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Put in lightly greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with chow mein noodles.
