Chicken Picatta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (skinless preferred)
    2 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1 c. flour
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Skin and wash chicken.
    Pat dry.
    Mix flour and spices together in pie plate.
    Dredge chicken in flour and pound out with a meat mallet.
