Crock-Pot Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. rump roast
    1 stick margarine
    2 dashes cinnamon
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot with fat side up.
    Place stick of margarine on top of roast.
    Shake 2 good dashes of cinnamon on top.
    Cover and cook on slow for 8 to 10 hours.
