Zippy Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water and add to the other ingredients that have been assembled in a pan or bowl.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into mold.
    Cool in refrigerator.
    Unmold. Reduce mayonnaise with cherry juice to serve as a dressing.
