Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    3 ripe bananas
    2 eggs, separated (hold whites until later)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix some more.
    Whip the egg whites until they peak; fold egg whites into batter.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 45 minutes.
