Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips or 4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk, water and vanilla.
    Cook and stir constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes.
    Serve warm over ice cream.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes about 2 cups.
