Zucchini-Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil together. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add zucchini, carrots, nuts and vanilla.
    Stir well.
    Pour into greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes and remove from pan. Cool on rack.
    Glaze, if desired.
