Blue Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. (3/4 cup) crumbled blue cheese, divided
    3 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/3 cup half-and-half
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In small mixer bowl, beat 1/2 cup of blue cheese with cream cheese on low speed, until well blended.
    Add mayonnaise and half-and-half, beat on low speed until creamy.
    Stir in reserved blue cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
