Star-Kist Tuna Special(By Arthur Godfrey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 (8 oz.) can peas
1 (No. 1/2) can Star-Kist tuna
3 c. hot cooked rice

Preparation

Melt butter, add flour and stir until smooth.
Blend in mushroom soup.
Add milk gradually, stirring until smooth.
Add undrained peas and flaked tuna.
Season to taste.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
