5 Hour Beef Stew(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, cut up
    3 lb. stew meat, cubed
    1 tomato, cubed
    2 c. diced celery
    6 carrots, cut up
    3 onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca (instant)
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    In a good sized casserole or a small roaster, mix all ingredients (not necessary to brown meat).
    Cover and bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
    May be stirred once during cooking, but not really necessary.
