Blueberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. fresh or canned blueberries
    1/2 c. nuts, broken
Preparation
    Beat eggs; gradually add sugar.
    Add milk and oil.
    Sift flour with salt and baking powder; add to liquid mixture.
    Stir only until blended.
    Carefully fold in blueberries and nuts.
    Pour into large, well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
