Fiesta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. Stove Top chicken or cornbread stuffing
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 large chopped tomato
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    salsa
    sour cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl, stir in milk.
    Add remaining ingredients, except salsa and sour cream.
    Pour into greased 9-inch microwave pie plate.
    Cover loosely with wax paper. Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Stir edges to center and from center to edge.
    Microwave 4 minutes or until center isn't wet. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve with salsa and sour cream.
