Veal Scaloppine Ala Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (1/2-inch thick) veal steak, cubed once or may use 2 1/2 lb. veal round
    flour
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. diced salt pork
    1 stick sweet butter
    1/4 c. onions, diced
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic
    2 medium mango
    2 large tomatoes
    1 c. Marsala wine
    1/4 c. brandy
    5 parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Cut veal into
    2-inch
    strips.\tFlour lightly and brown in olive oil, butter
    and salt pork.
    Remove salt pork;
    brown veal 3 minutes each
    side.
    Add salt, pepper and wine.
    Simmer 5 minutes; add onions, mushrooms, mangos, tomatoes, garlic and parsley. Simmer until tender.
    I use my electric skillet.
