Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large bell pepper, diced
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 clove pressed garlic
    2 tsp. mild chili powder
    2 tsp. vegetable salt
    2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 c. salsa
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, but save 1/4 cup salsa.
    Firmly pack mixture into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; cover loosely with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove foil last 5 minutes to brown.
    Top with remaining salsa.
