Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. water
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Chocolate Icing
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt and heat to boiling the butter, cocoa, shortening and water. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, soda and salt.
    Combine and mix with cocoa mixture.
    In a small bowl, combine the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Combine and mix well with the other ingredients. Pour into greased 13 x 11-inch baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Leave cake in pan. Cover with icing after removing cake from oven.
