Vegetarian Wiener Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (19 oz.) can vegetarian franks
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 (19 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 (16 oz.) can tomato puree
1 tsp. cayenne
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Slice each frank into 3 parts.
Fry in frying pan with oil, barbecue sauce and soy sauce for about 10 minutes, or until lightly crispy.
Add beans, onion, puree, cayenne and flour.
Stir and simmer on low.
Pour onto serving dish and sprinkle cheese over top.
May be served with corn chips or corn bread.
