Flounder Fillets In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 flounder fillets
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until soft.
    Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
    Stir in wine, lemon juice and parsley.
    Cook until most of liquid evaporates.
    Place each fillet on a lightly buttered piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Season with pepper and spoon mushroom sauce over each fillet.
    Seal foil together.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Serves 4.
