Raisin-Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2/3 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    Roll
    pastry
    to 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
    Place
    in
    a 9-inch pie plate; trim off excess pastry along
    edges.
    Fold
    edges
    under, and flute.
    Prick bottom and sides of
    pastry with a fork.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes; remove
    from oven.
    Cool.
    Combine butter and sugar in a saucepan; cook
    over
    low
    heat,
    stirring
    constantly, until sugar dissolves.
    Cook
    5
    minutes.
    Stir in eggs, vinegar, cinnamon, raisins,
    pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    30 minutes or until pie is set.
    When pie has cooled, garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
