Chef'S Secret Pan Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. plain flour
1/4 c. Crisco, or other all vegetable shortening
1/4 c. cooking oil, all vegetable

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together really well.
Store at room temperature or refrigerate and warm a few seconds in microwave to soften when ready to use.
Spread on cake pans with a pastry brush.
Eliminates \"greasing and flouring\".
