Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 to 35 minutes.
