Cheesy Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. butter
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
3 c. chicken broth
4 c. milk
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. corn (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in large saucepan.
Add carrots and onion and saute until tender.
Blend in flour, then add broth and milk and cook and stir until thick and smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted.
