Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 large potatoes
    1 small carrot, finely chopped
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    seasoned salt and pepper
    grated cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large saucepan or cooking pot.
    Add onion and celery; saute, then add peeled potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces.
    Add carrot (about 2 tablespoons).
    Cover with water; add salt and bring to boil.
    Turn heat to medium and cover.
    Cook 20 or 30 minutes, until potatoes are done.
