Mashed Potato Pie - cooking recipe

potatoes (6 to 8)
milk
butter
salt and pepper
2 pie crusts
Preparation

I cut up and cook enough potatoes, I don't know, maybe 6 to 8 large.
After cooked, mash and fix with milk, butter, salt and pepper as you would if you were serving in a plate, only you put into an unbaked pie crust.
Then top with the other crust.
Put slits in top crust, then pat with milk and bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then at 350\u00b0 until done (when crust is golden).
