Easy Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. haddock or any whitefish
    mayonnaise
    crushed Ritz crackers (in plastic bag or bowl)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Wash fish in cold water.
    Pat dry. Spread mayonnaise over each side of the fish and roll in crushed Ritz crackers.
    Place in flat shallow pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish is white and flaky.
