11 Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head iceberg lettuce, sliced
1 c. parsley leaves, chopped
4 large hard-boiled eggs, chilled, peeled and chopped
salt and pepper
1 large red pepper, sliced
4 medium carrots, shredded
1 (5 3/4 oz.) can Colossal pitted ripe olives, sliced, drain first
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 tsp. dried dill weed
freshly ground pepper
1 c. large radishes, sliced thin
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, chilled and shredded
Preparation

In a large glass bowl, layer each ingredient as it is listed in order, ending with cheese.
Cover and chill.
This is best made ahead and chilled overnight.
Serve with favorite salad dressing.
