Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
4 Tbsp. + dry Dream Whip (and this is important!)
2 tsp. flavoring
2 lb. or less powdered sugar
1/4 c. water

Preparation

Beat about 5 minutes.
May be necessary to thin.
