Salsa Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
    1 Tbsp. oil
    16 oz. jar salsa
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet in oil. Place in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice.
