Ingredients

2 cups uncooked rice
3 cups chunky pizza sauce
2 1/2 cups water
1 7 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
1 4 oz. pkg. pepperoni, sliced
1 c. grated cheese, any kind
Preparation

In a slow cooker combine rice, sauce, water, mushrooms and pepper. Stir. Cover and cook on high 6 hours. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
