Pizza Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. dried breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 tsp. vegetable or salad oil
    1 (12 to 15 oz.) jar pizza sauce
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
    Cut into cubes the Mozzarella cheese.
    Shape meatball mixture around each cube of cheese.
    Coat each meatball with flour and brown in 2 teaspoons vegetable or salad oil until done.
    Drain off fat and add pizza sauce.
    Heat to boiling.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Allow to marinate until serving time. Keep hot.
    Serve over cooked rice or in bread pita pockets or hot dog buns.
    These freeze and reheat well.
