Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. morsels

Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.
Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.
Blend dry ingredients slowly.
Add milk, beating thoroughly.
Blend in vanilla and morsels.
Grease tube pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or more.
