Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 12 crabs (2 lb. can)
    6 medium-firm tomatoes
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. sweet relish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    6 green pepper rings
    6 to 12 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Remove very carefully the insides from the tomatoes with a small sharp knife.
    Pick out crabmeat; flake in medium-sized bowl.
    Mix crabmeat, onion, relish and mayonnaise in a bowl thoroughly. (Note:
    More or less mayonnaise can be used.)
