Jelly(The Easy Way) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bottled juice (any kind as long as it is 100% juice)
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. margarine
    1 box liquid pectin (both pouches)
Preparation
    Wash and sterilize jars and lids.
    In a large, heavy saucepan, combine juice and sugar.
    Stir well with a metal spoon.
    Add margarine.
    Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
    Stir in liquid pectin.
    Bring to a rolling boil again, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; skim foam from the top of the mixture.
    Fill the jars to within 1/4 inch of the top.
    Wipe the rims and seal.
    Turn jars upside-down for 5 minutes, then turn right-side up.
