Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie shell
    1 c. crab meat
    1/2 c. tiny shrimp
    2 eggs
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with cream, flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, butter and sherry.
    Stir in cheese.
    Pour over seafood in shell.
    Bake 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
