Sybil'S Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
10 saltine crackers
bell pepper
salt and pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
catsup
onion

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in glass loaf pan, except catsup.
Place in microwave for 10 minutes.
Turn it.
Cook 5 minutes.
Drain grease off.
Pour catsup over top and cook 5 more minutes.
