Petite Crab Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. cream
    1 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. crab meat
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and margarine.
    Add flour. Chill for 1 hour.
    Shape into 24 (1-inch) balls.
    Press into small muffin tins.
    Bake for 5 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Combine egg, cream, Parmesan cheese, crab meat and salt.
    Pour mixture into muffin tins.
    Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 15 minutes longer.
