Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or spray with Pam
6 pork chops
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c. uncooked rice
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. water
Preparation

Boil ribs, which have been salted, in large pan until very tender.
Remove them from broth and cook the sweet potatoes (small whole ones or quartered larger ones) in the broth until done.
