Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. pork loin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can sauerkraut
1 c. brown sugar
2 onions

Preparation

Put all ingredients in crock-pot.
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
