Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ears fresh corn
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob and add milk, salt and pepper.
    Put butter or margarine in a heavy skillet.
    When skillet is hot, add corn. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Just before ready to take up, add beaten eggs.
    Blend in well.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 6 servings.
