Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes
    3 slices bacon
    1/3 c. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets; peel and slice thin.
    Fry bacon slowly in skillet; drain onto paper.
    Crumble.
    Saute onions in bacon fat until golden brown; blend in flour and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and thick.
    Remove from heat. Stir in water and vinegar.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
    Stir in carefully the potatoes and bacon.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover; let stand until ready to serve.
