Mexican Beef Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 flour tortillas (may use fat free)
    1/2 c. sour cream (may use fat free)
    1/4 c. mayonnaise (may use fat free)
    3 Tbsp. hot salsa
    1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef
    10 large lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Heat tortillas by package directions.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and salsa and spread on tortillas.
    Arrange roast beef and a lettuce leaf over sauce.
    Roll tortillas in a jelly roll fashion.
    Secure with a wooden pick.
    Slice each roll in half. Serve with additional salsa.
    These are also good crisped under broiler, dipped in mustard or your choice of dip.
