Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 layer French cut frozen green beans
    1 layer julienne or thin strips raw carrots
    1 layer bite size celery
    1 layer bite size green pepper
    1 layer chopped onion
    1 can tomatoes
    1 to 2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Layer vegetables in order given.
    Season with salt and pepper. Pour tomatoes over all.
    Sprinkle with tapioca.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
