Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 1/2 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes, drained
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. mustard
    dash of pepper
    3 slices bread, toasted and cut into cubes
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter 5 to 7 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Blend in flour, stirring until smooth.
    Add next 5 ingredients and half of bread cubes. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining bread cubes; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
