Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen artichokes, boiled lightly and drained
    9-inch pie crust (baked 5 minutes)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella
    pepper to taste
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix
    milk,
    shredded
    cheese, pepper and eggs together. Place artichokes
    in
    prebaked crust.
    Pour milk mixture over top of artichokes and sprinkle with parsley.
    Add more milk on top
    if need
    to
    cover
    artichokes.
    Sprinkle
    with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 until firmly set, about 25 minutes.
