Chickette Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. fresh tomatoes
    1 c. chickette (vegetarian protein)
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter and rice in pan.
    Add chickette and cook for 10 minutes.
    Serves 5 to 6.
